Service Description
PLEASE NOTE: Our prices are based on a standard length, which is mid-back. Extra length will incur an additional charge. Hair is included in the service if you are using black color; please provide your own hair if you're using color. Pre-stretched X-pression hair is recommended. Please come with your hair washed and detangled to make the service faster. Forms of Payment: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Debit, and Credit Card are accepted. Credit and debit card payments will incur a $5 charge.
Cancellation Policy
1️⃣ Same-Day Appointments Please call before booking to check availability for same-day services. 2️⃣ Cancellations Kindly call or text at least 24 hours before your appointment start time if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. 3️⃣ Arrival Time We advise clients to arrive a few minutes early to avoid being late and to ensure your service starts on time. 4️⃣ Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair washed and ready for service. 5️⃣ Hair Policy Hair is included in all of our services except crochet styles. Clients booking crochet must provide their own hair. 6️⃣ Payments Accepted We accept: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
